Ingredients

  • Green pepper
  • 2 Garlic
  • Rice, 2 kilograms
  • Peas
  • Oil, 6 table spoons
  • Sausages, 1 kilogram
  • Black/White pepper
  • Salt, 2 tea spoons
  • Beef (cubed), 1 kilogram
  • Vinegar, 2 tea spoons
  • Green Beans, 1 kilogram
  • Carrot, 2 kilograms

Marinade the beef with vinegar,oregano,mixed herbs,black pepper.

Leave it overnight.

Brown the meat on high heat ,no water is necessary.

Boil the carrots, peas, beans until half cooked. Strain and prepare water for rice.

Fry rice with half pint of oil(5 tbspns). When hot, add the green pepper .

Once tender, add the garlic and fry for about 10 min.

Add the stew and mix well.

Add the carrots, beans, peas and salt.

Leave the paella on moderate heat.

When the water goes below the top, begin to simmer until the food is cooked.

Serve it hot and garnish.
