Clean meat and slice into small pieces.
Beat it to tenderize.
Heat oil and brown the onion.
Add the tomatoes and cook a little longer. add the water and cook till tender.
While meat is cooking, peel the bananas, soak in water to prevent blackening.
When meat is cooked , place to serving dish and put in the bananas in meat cooking liquid.
Add the coconut juice and cook until tender.
Serve bananas on a plate with meat on top or in the center.
