  • 3 Eggs
  • Oil, 1 table spoon
  • Milk, 1 cup
  • Plain Flour

Sift the flour and mix in the eggs ,oil and milk.

Slowly whisk the liquid into the flour until the

batter is smooth.

Strain the batter.

Heat the pan, add a small knob of butter.

Swirl evenly around the pan.

Pour 3tbspns of batter into the pan, swirl it around to cover the base of the pan.

Serve hot with honey or strawberries.
