Ingredients

  • Young locust, 2 cups
  • Water, 1 cup
  • Butter or ghee
  • Salt and pepper

Strip wings and legs from the locusts

Place in a saucepan and simmer in the salted water until soft.

Add 1/4 cup of ghee

Fry locust until become crisp

Add 1/4 cup ghee and cup ghee and cook for 5min
