omena in milk sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tomatoes (skinned)
  • Milk, 1 glass
  • Royco, 1 table spoon

method

1. Wash your omena clean and put aside to dry.

2. Shallow fry the omena for about 3 minutes and put aside.

3. In the a hot pan, add oil and sautee the onions.

4. Add the cube-sliced tomatoes and cook until soft.

5. Add a tsp of tomato paste and stir to mix all the ingredients well.

6. Add your royco,beef cubes and a pinch of salt. Stir properly.

7. Mix in your omena and add your milk.

8. Simmer for about 5 minutes.

9. Serve with ugali.
