Assemble all the required. Remember to have the beans pre boiled.
Heat the pan and add the table spoon of oil. Once ready,add the cubed onions.
As they start to brown,add the pounded ginger and garlic. Cook for a minute or two.
Add the tomatoes and cook until soft.
Add the beans and stir properly.
Add warm water to cover the food, let it boil for about five to six minutes on medium heat.
Add your spices,salt and peanut,stir properly and simmer for three to five minutes.
Stir to avoid burning the food.
Check if all ingredients,especially spices have blended nicely.
Serve with rice or chapati. Do not forget some greens.
