Ready all the ingredients and items required.
Place your beef in a bowl and season lightly with black pepper and salt.
Chop the vegetables in cubes and put aside.
Bring pan to heat and fry the beef without oil. Separate it completely.
Drain the beef in a paper towel or just place it on a plate.
Add oil in the pan,introduce the onions and sautee on medium heat.
Add the garlic and ginger and sautee until tender and translucent.
Bring in the beef and cook it to mix well with the ingredients.
Add in the royco,beef cubes, black pepper and sugar. Give it a nice stir.
If the food seems as though burning,add some warm water.
Introduce the remaining vegetables, carrots,green pepper, bell peppers and tomatoes. Stir nicely and serve with rice.
