  • Bread, 1 piece
  • 2 Sausages
  • Salt and pepper, 1 pinch
  • Cooking oil, 1 table spoon
  • 2 Eggs



1. In a hot pan, add oil and spread around.

2. Toss in the two smokies and fry on medium or low heat until crunchy.

3. Place them in a paper towel to drain excess oil.

4. Beat two eggs in bowl, add a touch of salt and pepper and stir thoroughly.

5. Briefly fry the eggs in the hot pan, do not overcook.

6. Place the long bread on a plate.

7. Roll the eggs beside the bread.

8. Alongside, place your sausages.

9. Server this with your favorite morning drink : a mug of coffee or black tea, a glass of juice or milk, or even tea if you will.
