spicy paneer beef

45 minutes


  • Chopped Onion, 1 bulb
  • Clove of garlic (chopped), 1 tea spoon
  • Ginger (crushed), 1 tea spoon
  • Cooking oil, 2 table spoons
  • Castor sugar, 1 tea spoon
  • Soy sauce, 1 tea spoon
  • Beef minced
  • Paneer, 250 grams
  • Chicken cubes



  • Stir fry the minced beef and onion in oil for a few minutes.
  • Add garlic and ginger and fry. Add the sugar and soy sauce and cook for two minutes,stirring often.
  • Add the paneer and the combined cube with cornflour (1tbspn) and cook gently,stirring until the sauce thickens.
  • Serve in lettuce cups.
  • NB:Cook the cheese in low temperature to avoid it getting tough or stringy.

Do not cut the lettuce with a metal knife,use a plastic knife or tear it.
