Cook spinach and drain thoroughly, chop and peel eggplant; slice thinly.
Heat oil in heavy a fry pan.Add eggplant and stir well; cover and cook gently, stirring frequently until just tender, about 8 min.
Combine spinach, eggplant with all other ingredients (allspice,rosemary, oregano, salt, pepper).
Turn into a greased baking dish.
Bake in moderate oven (350 F) for 40 min or until firm.
Cut into squares and serve with creamed chicken.
