  • Chopped parsley, 10 grams
  • Mayonnaise, 60 milliliters
  • Chopped onions or chives, 10 grams
  • Cooked potatoes, 200 grams
  • Vinaigrette, salt, pepper, 1 table spoon

Cut the potatoes in 1 cm dice, sprinkle with vinaigrette.

Mix with the onion or chive, add the mayonnaise and correct the seasoning.

Dress neatly in a ravier.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
