  • Icing Sugar, 400 grams
  • Flour, 450 grams
  • 3 Egg whites
  • Butter, 400 grams

Mix in all the ingredients and let it rest for about 1 hour.

Spread to desired shape and size.

Place onto greased, floured baking sheet.

Bake at 395 degrees.

While hot, mould the biscuits and leave to cool.

Serve and enjoy.
