Ingredients

  • Flour, 150 grams
  • Sugar , 50 grams
  • Salt, 1 pinch
  • Margarine, 100 grams

method

Sift the flour and salt.

Mix in the fat and sugar with the flour.

Combine all the ingredients to a smooth paste.

Roll carefully on a floured table to a round shape.

Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.

Mark into the desired size and shape.

Prick with a fork.

Bake in a moderate oven 230-250 degrees approx. 20 min.
