Dice the potatoes into cubes. In a skillet pan, add butter (or olive oil) then fry the potatoes. Add the onions and a pinch of salt. Cover the pan and let it simmer for a minute.
Add the corned beef and the spices then mix. Cover the pan again and let it simmer for three minutes.
Add soy sauce. Mix then add cheese. Cover the pan on low heat for half a minute then add spring onions. Serve when hot.
