Ingredients

  • Kidneys, 4 pieces
  • Potato crisps, 100 grams
  • Pork sausages, 4 pieces
  • Bacon rashers, 4 pieces
  • Lamb chops, 4 pieces

  • Mushrooms, 4 pieces
  • Lard, 1 table spoon
  • Pineapple rings, 4 pieces
  • Tomatoes, 2 pieces
  • Water cress, 1 dash

Pre-heat the grill

Brush the pineapple with melted lard and sprinkle with sugar, Brush the meat over with the melted lard.

Cut the tomatoes in half and season and brush over with melted lard. Brush the mushroom with the lard.

Put the chops and sausage under the grill an cook three minutes on each side

Add the kidneys, then add the bacon rashers which have been rolled

Add the tomatoes, pineapples, mushroom. Season

Grill to personal liking

Serve hot, garnished with watercress and hot potato crisps
