  • Salt and pepper, 3 splashes
  • Fillet steak
  • Soured cream, 1 cup
  • 2 Onion
  • Tomato puree, 150 grams
  • Mushrooms, 300 grams



Fry onions, mushrooms and cut the meat into thin strips; fry till brown.

Put all in a sauce pan , add the puree, salt and pepper, sour cream and simmer for 10 min.

NB: Add a little sugar according to how sharp the puree is.

The amount of cream and puree can be varied according to the consistency you like.

Serve with Jacket potatoes or rice.
