- Cut onions into rings
- Put them in a saucepan; fry until brown in color
- Cut the carrots into slices and add
- Crush ginger and add into the pan
- Add a teaspoonful of mixed herbs
- Add 2 1/2 cups of H2O & bring to boil for 2 min
- Garnish and serve hot with any choice of accompaniments below
(pasta,rice, chapatis, mashed potatoes)
