  • Lemon juice, 2 table spoons
  • Tarragon
  • Red wine or tomato juice, 1 cup
  • Tomatoes (skinned), 1 kilogram
  • Spring onion (chopped), 5 table spoons
  • Parsley (chopped), 1 table spoon
  • Paprika, 2 table spoons
  • Green peppers (chopped), 6 table spoons
  • Cucumbers (chopped), 6 table spoons
  • White wine vinegar, 2 table spoons
  • Tobasco sauce
  • Garlic crushed, 1 clove
  • Oil, 2 table spoons



Place all vegetables and seasoning in a bowl. season to taste with salt and pepper.

Chill for 1h 30min and serve in bowls.

Pass around small bowls with chopped tomatoes, reen peppers, chillies, roasted croutons for each guest to garnish their own gazpacho
