Put water in double boiler and let it boil.
Dilute the milk powder and pour it into double boiler.
Sieve Cocoa and mix in the cornflour and dilute.
When the liquid is very hot,sieve cocoa,corn flour and let it stir at the same time until it shows signs of thickening.
Add the sugar and mix it again well.
Taste it.
