vegetable smoothie

  • Water, 1 glass
  • Sesame, 1 table spoon
  • Banana, 2 pieces
  • Terere aka Pig weed, 1 bunch
  • Milk, 1 glass
  • Baobab powder, 1 table spoon
  • Sunflower seeds, 1 table spoon
  • Chia seeds, 1 table spoon
  • Spinach, 2 leaves



Wash, shred the green leafy vegetables.

Measure the rest of the ingredients and put in a blender

Add water, milk and blend them together, serve chilled


Correct consistency as desired

Substitute milk with water if desired, can use sesame or chia seeds. or together.
