blue berry and banana smoothie

  • Blue berry, 1 cup
  • Linseed
  • Soy milk, 300 milliliters
  • Banana (ripe), 1 piece



  • Wash all the fruits through running water
  • Peel the banana and put in a blender
  • Measure, blueberries, milk and linseed and add in the blender
  • Blend into a smooth consistency (can be adjusted by adding milk as you wish)
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature
