  • Breadcrumbs, 25 grams
  • 1 Onion with clove
  • Salt, Cayenne (each), 2 pinches
  • Milk, 375 milliliters
  • Butter, 10 grams

Infuse the simmering milk with the studded onion for 15 min.

Remove the onion, mix in the crumbs.

Simmer 2-3 min.

Season, correct the consistency.

Add the butter on top of the sauce to prevent a skin forming.

Mix well when serving.

Serve with roast chicken and roast game.
