Chop the onions, blanch tomatoes, skin and chop.
Fry the onions until golden brown , add the meat, salt, oregano, black pepper, garlic and beef cubes.
Turn the meat often.
When well browned, add the chopped tomatoes.
Stir and simmer for 20 min.
Put in the meat into greased dishes .
Boil the potatoes :add salt and put to cook.
Once cooked, strain and mash.
Once done, put some margarine and milk, mix thoroughly on low heat.
Pipe onto the meat and bake for 20 min in an oven at 180 degrees.
