  • Brown sugar, 1 cup
  • Flour (home baking), 6 oz
  • Vanilla Essence, 1 tea spoon
  • Carrots (grated), 8 oz
  • Bicarbonate of Soda, 1 tea spoon
  • 3 Eggs
  • Baking Powder, 1 tea spoon
  • Cinnamon, 1 tea spoon
  • Vegetable Oil, 1 cup

Mix oil with sugar, eggs(piecemeal).

Add the flour and stir them together.

Bake in tins: floured and greased at 350-360 degrees for 20 min.
