Sift the dry ingredients into a basin and make a well in the center.
Put the eggs in the well with half the milk.
Start mixing from the center, gradually working in all flour from the sides.
Beat it a bit more in order to bring in the air.
Put a piece of foil on the frying pan and drain it off.
With a standard measurement, put a spoonful into the pan and allow to cook.
When ready turn on to the other side.
Serve with jam, or put in the sauce and serve as the main dish.
