  • Milk, 1 cup
  • 3 Eggs
  • Sugar , 1 oz
  • Gelatine, 4 tea spoons

method

Beat yolks and sugar together.

Heat milk and pour on egg mixture.

Cook slowly until mixture coast the back of a spoon.Leave to cool.

Dissolve gelatine in hot water.

When cool, stir into custard mixture.

Flavor and beat egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt.

Fold into mixture and turn into dish to set.
