1. Wash and slice the mushrooms in halves.
2. Peel, wash and chop the onion, bring to cook in a saucepan until light brown in colour.
3. Add your sliced mushrooms and stir as it cooks
4. Add, black pepper, Cayenne pepper, salt and keep stirring.
5. Add coconut milk, stir and simmer for 3 minutes.
6. Serve hot
