After the meat has been cooked, add the diced arrow roots. Cook the arrow roots until they are medium done.
To a bowl, drain the water from the meat + arrowroot mixture.
In a separate pan, sauté the onions with some oil. When the onions are medium cooked, add the spices of your choosing. Stir constantly until golden brown. To make a paste, add the tomatoes.
Chop the potatoes to your personal preference. Deep fry them.
To the paste, add the meat, arrow roots, and fried potatoes. Stir them gently.
Chop the dhania and add them to the pan. Simmer for 1 minute then turn off the gas. Let it simmer when the gas is off for a short while. Serve when hot.
