  • Cooking oil, 3 table spoons
  • 10 Bananas (raw)



Put the bananas in a sufuria with water. Don't peel the bananas. Cover the sufuria and let it boil. Be checking if the bananas are well cooked.

When the bananas are cooked, let them cool for some time before peeling off the "maganda".

Take a pan, and add some oil.

Deep fry the bananas till they turn golden brown.

The bananas will come off crunchy skin.
