bean stew with lamb

around 15 minutes


  • 1 Onions (chopped)
  • Lamb (diced), 1 kilogram
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • Tomatoes (skinned), 1 kilogram
  • Green Beans, 1 kilogram
  • Bones (leg or shoulder lamb), 500 grams
  • Salt, pepper, cinnamon (each), 3 dashes



Prepare beans and tomatoes; brown the onion and garlic in butter.

Add meat and bones, brown well.

Stir in beans and tomatoes(tomato paste and water can be a substitute) and simmer gently until done.

Serve with rice.
