  • 1 Onion
  • Salt, pepper, oregano (each), 2 pinches
  • Minced meat, 4 oz
  • Margarine, 1 oz
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • Potatoes (mashed), 8 oz
  • 4 Bacon rashers



Lightly fry onions in a pan . Add t in the minced meat , potatoes and seasoning and yolk.

Mix well and add a few breadcrumbs to make the mixture dry.

Shape into small patties about an inch in depth.

Wrap the bacon rashers round each one, fasten with cocktail sticks.

Place them in an oven and bake at 180 degrees at 15 min until the bacon is brown and crisp.

Serve with tomatoes grilled and crisp potatoes.
