Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • Milk, 3 table spoons
  • Icing sugar l Caster, 4 table spoons
  • Margarine, 200 grams
  • Jam, 4 table spoons
  • Baking Powder, 12 grams
  • Flour, 250 grams
  • Sugar , 250 grams

method

Cream the fat and sugar until its soft and fluffy.

Gradually add the beaten eggs.

Lightly mix in the sieved flour and baking powder.

Pour in the mixture in a well greased pan.

Bake at 200degrees for about 15min.

Turn out onto a rack to cool.

Spread the cake with the jam.

Portion and serve.

Enjoy.
