  • Green peppers (chopped), 1 piece
  • Celery stalks, 4 sticks
  • Cooked rice, 2 cups
  • Salt and ground pepper, 3 pinches
  • Chopped Onion, 1 piece
  • Salted cashewnuts

  1. Fry the finely chopped onions in hot oil for 3 minutes
  2. Add the green peppers, celery, cooked rice, seasoning and cashew nuts
  3. Toss the mixture in the pan over a medium fire for 2-3 minutes
  4. serve immediately
