  • Lemon juice, 1 table spoon
  • Chicken Stock, 1 pint
  • Corn Flour, 2 table spoons
  • Onion, 10 pieces
  • Pepper, 1 pinch
  • Salt, 10 grams
  • Cucumber, 1 piece



Bring the stock to boil and add the cucumber and the onion

Simmer until they are tender

Add the lemon juice and season

Blend the corflour with a little water, stir and bring to boil

Serve, hot

Accompaniment: Bread, croutons
