  • Tomatoes
  • Oil, 10 milliliters
  • Onion
  • Salt and pepper, 3 pinches
  • Sukuma wiki/ kales/ spinach, 3 bunches
  • Green pepper

method

In a large frying pan, fry the onions until soft.

Add tomatoes and green peppers, and any meat in handy, (left over meats). Cook together until well heated.

Add cooked chopped spinach and cook over low heat for 10min, until the mixture is well blended

Season to taste
