  • Sugar , 2 oz
  • 4 Egg (white)
  • Sugar (for caramel), 4 oz



Beat the eggs and sugar together until stiff.

Make the caramel until golden and well mixed.

Add to the eggs without stirring.

When well mixed, butter the mould or tin and put the mixture inside.

Put the tin in the boiling water for about 2 min and in the oven with the same container.

Bake for 10 min for 350- 360 degrees.
