  • Butter, 2 oz
  • Milk, 1 pint
  • Flour, 2 oz
  • Salt, 2 pinches

method

Heat the milk in a sauce pan until it boils.

In another pan melt the butter and add the flour and cook for a about a minute or so.

Add milk little by little until it is light in consistency.

Cook for about 10 minutes and thereafter serve with preferred starch.
