  • Brown sugar, 1 tea spoon
  • Water, 4 cups
  • Tamarind pod, 2 pods



  1. Shell the tamarind
  2. Scoop out the pulp.
  3. Take 2 cups of water and soak the tamarind pulp in it for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Add pulp, water and sugar to a blender.
  5. You can use a cheesecloth to strain the mixture.
  6. Add the other 2 cups of water.
