chicken salad

Ingredients

  • Anchovies, 10 grams
  • Capers, 5 grams
  • Vinaigrette, 4 table spoons
  • Chicken cooked free from skin and bone, 200 grams
  • Lettuce (washed), 1 piece
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Egg (hard boiled)
  • Olives, 10 grams

method

Remove heart from the lettuce.

Shred the remainder.

Place in a glass salad bowl.

Cut the chicken in neat pieces and place on the lettuce.

Decorate with quarters of tomato, hard boiled egg , anchovies, olives, heart of the lettuce and capers.

Serve on a doily on a silver flat dish. Vinaigrette separate.
