  • Margarine, 25 grams
  • Sugar , 25 grams
  • Apples (cooked), 400 grams

method

Peel, core and wash the apples.

Place with the sugar, margarine, a little water in a saucepan with a tight- fitting lid.

Cook to a puree.

Pass through a sieve.

Serve with roast pork, duck and goose.
