white chocolate mousse

Ingredients

  • 5 Medium eggs
  • Milk, 300 milliliters
  • Whipping cream / Natural yogurt, 65 milliliters
  • Sugar , 60 grams
  • Gelatine, 12 grams
  • White chocolate, 380 grams
  • 3 Oranges (grated zest)

method

Heat milk with the zest. Add the chocolate and melt. Stir well.

Whisk eggs and sugar, add the hot milk and return to the pan.

Stir away from the stove, till the mixture coats back of the spoon.


Do not boil it!

Add the gelatine. Fold in the cream.

Pour into the mould.

Serve and enjoy.
