  • Onion, 200 grams
  • Parsley, 1 pint
  • 12 Peppercorns
  • Bay , 2 leaves
  • Oil, 125 milliliters
  • Vinegar, 4 table spoons

Peel, wash and chop the vegetables and combine with the other ingredients :sprinkle ober a piece of joint.

The joint is turned often and left to marinade for few hours.
