This type of fruit is one that interests many fruit lovers. Other names it goes by include; sugar fruit, yellow passion fruit, sweet passion fruit. It is often overlooked but it is full of nutritious and sweet goodness.

These taste of goodness pair well with strawberries, blueberries, mascarpone, tangerines , blood oranges , limes and yogurt.
When storing the pulp, it can keep from 1-2 weeks when stored at room temperature an about 2-4 weeks when stored in the refrigerator.
